I can't believe I came that close with as many bees were hanging around. I knew I had to get a shot of them though. The butterfly just happend by as well. Awesome shot..I think anyway.

Popcorn Popping on the Apricot Tree
So it's not an apricot tree, or even popcorn popping...but today is the first time I've seen a hint of spring coming. I took the kids outside and looked over at a pecan tree in the back year. It was is full bloom. I had my camera and took pictures.
I can't believe I came that close with as many bees were hanging around. I knew I had to get a shot of them though. The butterfly just happend by as well. Awesome shot..I think anyway.

Beautiful! Love it. Be sure to warn the kids to steer clear until the bees slow down. Do you get much harvest?
Nope. I just realized it was a nut tree this winter. Shows you how observant I am.
