The kids have been really stir crazy the past few weeks. The weather has been beautiful so I decided to let them go outside and play. Today was no exception. They ran, rode bikes, threw rocks for over 2 hours. When it was time for me to get dinner going, they didn't want to come inside. It's so nice for them to get some fresh air and let some of that energy get spent in a productive way. I am bummed though that I didn't take any pictures today. Oh well.
I'm planning on getting things to plant a little Flower Pot Garden next week and having the kids get involved with that. Perhaps even throw in some veggies. I'll definately take pictures when we're all done.
On a scrappy note, I created a layout for a
ScrapLift Challenge over at Scrap Orchard. It's so fun using the photos I have of Jordan as an itty bitty. Makes me sad, but also excited at how much he's grown.

You'll need to get a nifty gardening hat! I'm sure it helps me to grow things. I planted cukes, zuchinni, tomatoes and peas this week along with a few flowering plants. I know, I won't be here for the harvest (maybe) but tis the season. Good luck.
