Super tired.

I have been soo tired lately it's scary.  I'm sitting her at my computer practically falling asleep which you know is crazy for me.  I guess the long night creating layouts has caught up with me.  So, I'll leave you with some recent layouts I've done this past week.  I hope you enjoy.

Different Style

So Pineapple Plantation Designs teamed up with Irene Alexeeva to create a fabulous Collaboration kit.  It's so out of my ordinary style, but is gorgeous.  I had so much fun creating a page using this new kit, and look forward to creating several more.  I've always liked to try my hand a t a little more artsy style, and now I can.

The kit is called Fairy Special and the muted hues just soothe the soul.  Check it out and show me what you can do with it.

 

New Release Friday

Faith Sisters has a Made ya Look Monday and picks standout layouts from their gallery to feature that day.  Well, my latest layout was chosen today.  I uploaded it jus this morning, so it's really cool.  I'm in love with the layout anyway, so I already knew it was a standout!  :)  I hope you like it too.

It's been a while

I know, it's been forever since I last posted, but I have a good reason.  Been busy with Bradd's kids while his mom is in the hospital in Kentucky.  She was supposed to fly back this past wednesday, but ended up very sick and it was touch and go for a moment.  Not a fun experience, and soo greatful she's feeling better and progressing even more then doctors expected!!  Thanks so much for the prayers given on  her behalf.

I guess I have been able to get a few layouts done this past week, so I hope you enjoy looking at them.

Sick and Tired!!

Oh man, but I hate having a cold.  I'm feeling ok, but just not up to snuff.  Melody has caught a cold as well.  I'm about ready to hit the hay, though I'd love to be able to scrap a little.  Jordan is still up too so I kinda have to wait for him...we'll see if I can make it that long.

I've got some things I'll be working on this week and will post as soon as I can.  Night!!

Family Weekend

So, I'm at my parents house spending some time with them. It's been almost 2 months since the kids and I have been in to visit. Too long in my opinion. One of the reasons for the visit was to have a celebration for Melody. It's been great fun. Today I spent time with my kids while mom and dad went to a Heart Walk this morning. Then Ginger came over and we went to Target. Soo wish there was one is Pahrump, but that's another story. Amber was having a jewelry party so we stopped by after going to Target. I bought a new ring, can't wait to get it.

We had big Costco hot dogs and fixings for dinner. Really grubbin stuff. It's been a nice break, and I hope it won't be another 2 months until I come visit again. I'm getting sleepy, so I'm heading off to bed. Will post some new layouts tomorrow when I get back. There's some awesome new kits out!! Night.

Happy Birthday Sweetheart

My little girl turned 2 today.  Melody is just a joy, though is definately more trouble then Jordan ever was.  She keeps me on my toes.  I couldn't imagine my life without her.  So Happy Birthday Melody!!

AFK aka: Away from Keyboard

I have basically been away from my computer all day.  This morning was spent with Amy before she, Diana, and Brandon left for the long drive to Kentucky.  I'm going to miss Amy tremendously.  There's just something about having family close by that I take comfort in.  I pray they will have a safe journey, and that the weather holds up long enough for them to miss any harsh weather.  

I'm alone at home (well the kids are here too).  Loney started his first night on Graveyard tonight.  It's going to be so wierd, but it's what has to happen.  

Well, I'm falling asleep at the keyboard so I'll hit the hay.  I'll try to post some new layouts I created this past few days.  Night!!
